Here are some tips on how to be healthy:

1. Eat nutritious food - It has been pretty well proven that nutritious food is better for you than non-nutritious food.

2. Exercise regularly - It has been pretty well proven that exercising regularly is better for you than never exercising.

3. Sleep regularly - It has been pretty well proven that if you do not sleep your health will eventually decline.

 

These groundbreaking cutting edge techniques are a pretty surefire way to get yourself into good shape. I did a lot of research to come up with these scientifically proven methods but for those of you who have an interest for an even more in depth look into the topic, this is the section for you.
